3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) or USD ($) as agreed upon during checkout/invoicing.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Jaffar Traders Limited to charge the designated amount for the selected service package or milestone.

• Payments must be made in full or according to agreed milestone schedules before final delivery or launch of digital assets.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, full ownership rights to final custom deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. JAFEX retains rights to pre-existing code, framework elements, and preliminary designs not selected by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jaffar Traders Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
