Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request project cancellation prior to the commencement of work or discovery phase for a full refund.

• Once a project has commenced and initial design, strategy, or development work has started, cancellations are accepted, but any completed milestones or non-refundable work performed up to that date will be billed accordingly or retained from any initial deposit.

Refund Eligibility

• Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver agreed digital services or project milestones without valid justification, clients are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the undelivered scope.

• Defective or Non-Conforming Deliverables: If deliverables substantially fail to meet agreed specifications outlined in the project scope, clients must notify us within 14 business days of delivery to request revisions or a partial refund.

• Completed Services: Due to the nature of custom digital services, refunds are not issued for completed and approved projects or milestones.
